Rules and Regulations

1.     All contestants must provide their name, current address, a working email address, age, and sign a liability waiver.

2.     All contestants must be over the age of 18.

3.     The winning contestant will receive a one course meal for up to 4 people only. Ash Fulk will prepare and serve the meal. (He will not stay for meal or provide clean up.) Cooking and preparation time limited to one hour maximum.

4.     The meal will be cooked in winner's residence, which must be in Borough of Manhattan.

5.     The meal will be created by Ash Fulk with only items provided by the contest winner. The winner may have a 10-minute consultation with chef beforehand by phone where the menu can be mutually decided based on winner’s tastes and any food allergies or dislikes. After that conversation Ash Fulk will provide a list of things needed for preparation no less than a week before the meal. The winner must supply and pay for all food, supplies and equipment, and otherwise pay for all costs and expenses related to the meal.

6.     The winner must contact Givenik.com and accept the prize within two weeks of the email notification date and the meal must be scheduled by December 15^th, 2009 at a mutually agreed upon time, pending Ash Fulk’s availability. The meal cannot be scheduled between October 21 – 26, 2009 and November 25-29, 2009.

7.     Givenik.com retains the right to offer a substitute prize at its sole discretion.

8.     This prize cannot be exchanged, transferred or assigned by contestant winner and has no cash value
